What are your shipping rates and do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship all over the world. Shipping is $5.00 US world wide.
How long will it take my items to reach me?
Your items are shipped to you from Canada using Canada Post Airmail or Expedited service and will take approximately one to two weeks to reach you depending on your location. With the exception of customized work, your items are shipped within 36 hours of payment.
Can you customize?
When it comes to tunes not all of the pendants can be customized, but I do have a specific selection of designs that can be customized with a selection of limited edition tunes.

If you have an idea for a custom pendant that you'd like me to create for you, Contact me and we can discuss the possibility! Customization is generally an additional $10-$20 depending on the work done.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What other methods of payments do you take?
We take Visa, Mastercard, and American Express which are accepted through PayPal. We also accept E-Checks through PayPal but we can not ship your item until it has cleared. We apologize, but we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

If you would like to pay for an item in installments we can set that up for you.
How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What is your return policy?

Items that are not made to order can be returned within 14 days of shop dispatch for a full refund less a $10 re-stocking fee, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications.

Please note that return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. Please email us to let us know you are going to ship the items back as soon as possible after receipt. All goods must be returned to us in the same manner as it was originally shipped (i.e. boxed so as not to crush the jewellery)

We highly recommend using a signed for/traceable service as we can not be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on its journey back to us!

Refunds will be processed back via the original method of payment; we can not refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to fund the original transaction.

If something is wrong with the item itself please let us know IMMEDIATELY so that we can take care of it.
